I have previously worked for CPA firms for over 25 years prior to starting my own company in January 2015.  Through those years of working for CPA's I learned a lot about preparing accurate tax returns and how to help clients with tax and accounting issues.  I have always recognized that accounting and tax matters are not easy to understand for people outside of my industry.  This is why I strive to help my clients understand (as much as they can) the laws behind the positions we take on their tax returns as well as how to keep accurate accounting records in case they are ever examined by the State or IRS.  I take the time to go over the accounting and tax returns with my clients so that they are aware of what is going on.  It is not ok for a taxpayer to tell someone "I don't know, my accountant does that for me".

In the past I have handled several IRS exams for clients, most of which had a positive outcome for the client based on the information provided.  I also have represented clients in Florida State payroll and sales tax audits.

My staff of 4 has many years of experience working with a variety of industries including:  medical, dental, manufacturing, engineering, architecture, legal, sales representatives and small construction companies.  We do not work with any restaurants or retail establishments.

I have many resources to help my clients in a variety of areas including payroll service companies, retirement planners, financial planners, attorneys, bankers and insurance agents.  These connections collaborate along with me to meet the needs of our mutual clients to ensure that the best possible outcome can occur.
